Ich brauche die Rahmen für Ehrenurkunden für unseren Sportverein. Die Qualität der Rahmen ist schlecht, zwei platzten an einer Ecke auseinander, als ich die Urkunde einlegen wollte. Ich werde beim nächsten Mal andere Rahmen bestellen. Lieferung sehr schnell. Da ich die Rahmen dringend brauchte, konnte ich sie nicht zurückschicken.
Die Rahmen sind sehr instabil und von keiner besonderen Qualität. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist gerade noch akzeptabel. Mehr als ein Drittel der Rahmen waren verkratzt, 3 Rahmen hatten sogar Kratzspuren im Glas, obwohl die Verpackungsfolie des Herstellers komplett geschlossen war. Vom Versandhandel wurde eine sehr gute Verpackung gewählt, so dass es daran m. E. nicht gelegen haben kann. Hier liegt offentsichtlich das Problem beim Hersteller. Eine solidere Verpackung und damit ein besserer Schutz der Rahmen ab Werk wäre unbedingt erforderlich.
Empfehlenswerter Liefervorgang: zuvorkommend, pünktlich und preiswert, Sonderwunsch berücksichtigt. ***
Passpartouts absolut billig mit Perforierung (!) für den herauslösbaren Bildbereich, d.h. man muss noch mal mit einem Cuttermesser ran, wenn man ihn verwenden möchte. Offensichtlicher Mangel auf einem der zwei bestellten Rahmen
Rahmen wiesen überwiegend ringsrum Kratzer auf, was ich bei einem Beukauf überhaupt nicht optimal finde.
