Ich wünsche kostenlosen Ersatz. - die Magnete am Plexiglas sind viel zu schwach; ich habe einen gleichen Drehrahmen in 10x15cm zuhause und da kriegt man das Plexiglas fast nicht vom Rahmen runter, hingegen am neuen Rahmen 13x18cm muss man Angst haben, das Foto und das Plexiglas fallen voneinander, wenn jemand daran dreht. - der Paketversand in die Schweiz machte fast das Doppelte des Produktpreises aus; das Produkt hätte gut in einem viel kleineren Päckchen versandt werden können, denn es enthielt bereits in der Originalverpackung genug Schaumstoff um das Plexiglas und den Metallrahmen. Ich verstehe nicht, weshalb ein Paket in die Schweiz über *** Kosten sollte. - wenn man die Marketing-email mittels Link zuunterst am Mail via Handy abbestellen möchte, ist der Bildausschnitt so gelegt, dass man das entsprechende Häckchen gar nie setzen kann: Querhalten des Bildschirmes und Verkleinern des Bildschirmfensters funktioniert nicht. Besten Dank im voraus für die wohlwollende Behandlung meiner Reklamation. MfG ***
Von den Drehrahmen habe ich schon einige. Sie sind sehr funktional und man kann auch schnell die Fotos im Rahmen austauschen.
